Celebrating Life

My nephew Graham is 1 year old today!

Hard to believe a year ago he was scheduled for open heart surgery...

Today he is a perfectly healthy and beautiful boy!

Praise the Lord for giving our family this little miracle
and being able to celebrate life today!

Lindgren Family Camping Trip 2012

This beautiful lady below goes the extra mile
to get us all together for a camp out every year.
And every year it's a blast.
Thank you Grandma!

Let's Play ball!
And everything else under the sun...

Oh, the joy of being flower girls!

Nothing beats fried chicken at Grandma's...nothing.

Devastating Fires due to drought

These fires were about an hour west
of my home town in SD

Choring with Papa

Spending time on my beloved Missouri River
My Uncle Kevin and Aunt Shelley took us out for a beautiful boat ride.

Out to the Hills for a reunion on my husband's side.
It's been so many years since I've been to the Black Hills, I'd forgotten what a fun vacation it is!

And for the Summer...
An A+ for sure
Here's to hoping the school year is the same!

Different but the Same

Within the last month I've gotten the privilege of re-becoming an Aunt...twice.  I've got two beautiful new nieces.

They really couldn't be more different.

One speaks broken English...

Jerusalem

One doesn't speak yet at all....

Chloe

One is beautifully brown....

Jerusalem and her mom in Ethiopia

One is that beautiful pinky newborn...

Chloe and her mom in Kansas City :)

One has the curls I wish I had...

Ahhhh....what beauty

One has wonderfully soft baby hair...

Nothing as precious as a sleeping newborn...

But one thing they both have in common...

A very proud Auntie.

Seriously didn't know I was capable of so much love.
